Soyuz MS-10 (Expedition 57/58)

Following launch of the Russian Soyuz rocket carrying Russian Cosmonaut Alexey Ovchinin and US Astronaut Nick Hague, the vehicle experienced a booster anomaly causing a contingency abort and ballistic descent situation. The Soyuz spacecraft landed safely and the crew were rescued.
